Sunday Night Door Duty

1. Please arrive by 5.50pm if you are on first door duty and do not allow any swimmers/life savers up the stairs until 6pm.

2. Every swimmers/life saver must either show a valid annual user card/gold card or pay entry to the DAC. The entry fee is £1.50 per person.

3. When the DAC staff lock the front door please then move to the exit at the back door and open the emergency door for the swimmers.

4. If you are covering the 2nd door duty you should arrive promptly at 7pm relieving the person on duty. Everyone entering the back door should either show you their annual user card/gold card or pay £1.50 entry. All money collected should be passed to Andy Figgins at the end of the session (8.30pm).

Please note the DAC is closed to the public on a Sunday evening and you should not allow anyone other than an EKASC or Life Saving member to enter.

If your child swims on a Sunday evening you must do a duty once or twice a year. If you cannot cover the date allocated to you on the rota please find a substitute. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE DUTY IS COVERED. Please do not telephone a committee member on the day to say you are unable to do it leaving them with the task of finding someone else at short notice or having to cover it themselves or even having to cancel the training session.

IF THE DOOR IS NOT COVERED THE DAC WILL BE CLOSED AND THE TRAINING SESSION CANCELLED.

IF YOUR CHILD SWIMS ON A SUNDAY EVENING PLEASE GIVE YOUR NAME TO LYNN CURRIE (PARENT'S REP) OR ONE OF THE OTHER COMMITTEE MEMBERS ON THE BALCONY.
